What's Happening at Faith...

Faith's fall programming and the return to our regular Sunday schedule starts on Rally Sunday, September 11. The worship service will be at 10:30 a.m., and there will be fellowship time from 9 to 10:30 a.m. A nursery will be provided during the worship service.

Get together with six to eight people to have dinner and fellowship each month between now and spring. The host will prepare the main meal and everyone else will bring appetizers, salad, dessert, etc.

An interfaith group of 22 travelers recently visited Israel and Palestine as part of a multi-narrative tour sponsored by United Theological Seminary and led by Rabbi Amy Eilberg. The group visited peace-building groups as well as holy sites, and sought to gain an understanding of the conflict and prospects for peace.

Rev. Susan Mullin of Faith UMC is one of three people who developed Earthkeepers, a new program of the United Methodist Church that aims to commission 500 people across the United States for creation-care work within the next seven years.
