Confirmation classes for 8th and 9th graders will take place on Wednesday nights from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m. beginning September 15. This first class is an orientation session and one parent from each family is asked to attend with their youth on this evening.

Everyone is welcome to come for the Wednesday night dinner at 6 p.m. The suggested donation is $4 per person.

The eighth grade class will be taught by Deb Anderson and Blanche Burroughs. Students will learn about church history, United Methodism and world religions.

The ninth grade class, led by Pastor Leigh, will be participating in a number of life encounters (field trips) as well as studying the prophets, United Methodist social principles, other Christian denominations and church history.

Students in grades 10-12 are invited to come to church on Wednesday nights for dinner at 6:00 and then youth group activities from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m. beginning Sept. 15. Susan Mullin will provide leadership.

Youth will have a voice in determining the types of activities we will do. Plans are in the works for a kick-off party for all senior high youth, grades 9-12. Watch the bulletins and website for more information.
